Phase 1: Development phase:

  • Due diligence: review all existing documentation on the Projects, to build an understanding of the Projects’ current status, and issues which must be reflected in the relevant contracts/development efforts.
  • Development Assistance: supervise the development process, until the project reaches “ready to build” stage.
  • Financing Assistance: provide technical support for the client for the financing of the project
  • Environmental and Social Impact Assessment: study using bankable methodology as required by major lenders

Phase 2: Pre-construction phase:

  • Tendering Assistance: Identify vendors, Prepare tender pack , Review procurement strategy and requirements, Provide draft Engineering, Procurement and Construction Contract, Support evaluation of offers.
  • Contract and Technical Schedules Review
  • Conceptual Design Review: review consistency of design with industry standards and yield study, review subcontractors, equipment and underlying warranties
  • Independent Energy Yield Assessment: produce bankable independent energy yield assessments for the project.

Phase 3: Construction phase:

  • Design Review: focus on key design documents and interfaces, and the commissioning procedures for the main DC and AC equipment.
  • Project Management: Supervise each phase of the Project, including the overall construction of it, on behalf of the Client.
  • Commissioning, Reception, Integration in National grid: Supervise delivery, technical and functional tests, continuous monitoring to ensure compliance with technical requirements of the national grid.
  • Reactive compensation solution: select solution, design solution, select supplier, obtain technical clearances, acceptance tests.

Phase 4: Operation:

  • Technical integration: Set up power notification procedures, integration into national dispatch system.
  • Integration in the energy markets: Integrate into Next day and Intraday markets, support selection of balancing services provider.
